Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Official Cap'n Keno's Merch Store. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We don't actually sell any of those, but just in case we have to put this down. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kenosmerch@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at kenosmerch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
